3.6

72% av recensenterna rekommenderar TheCloudSlides.com.

The overall sentiment in TheCloudSlides.com reviews is mixed, with significant variation in customer experiences. Many buyers praise the slippers for their comfort, softness, and lightweight feel, often noting they are ideal for everyday wear around the house. Fast delivery and effective support from individual staff members are also highlighted as positive aspects. However, recurring complaints include inconsistent sizing—shoes often run wide or too large—and dissatisfaction with the return process, which customers describe as slow, confusing, or expensive, with frequent requests to pay extra or gift unwanted items. Quality issues, such as poorly constructed linings and materials not matching marketing claims, are also mentioned, alongside slow or unreliable shipping and difficulties obtaining refunds. While some TheCloudSlides.com customer reviews confirm the slippers’ comfort, others question whether TheCloudSlides.com is legit due to concerns over returns and fulfillment. Overall, shoppers should weigh the comfort benefits against the risk of complicated returns and variable product quality.

    I really like these slides

I really like these slides, they are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn and I love shoes! They stay on your feet well and there is never any rubbing or pain.

    Terrible service from this company.

Terrible service from this company. Ordered a pair of slides for my vacation that took ages to get here, so they were useless since they didn't arrive on time. Returned them to the address on the package, which cost me £4. Provided proof they were delivered, but four weeks later, I’m still fighting to get my money back. £23.99 down the drain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. You can find the same slides on Temu for a fraction of the price and with much better service.

    Avoid this company.

Avoid this company. They are not based in the UK—no reply when you ask about your package, which is shipped from Japan! I haven’t received what I ordered—tracking is awful. Stay away!

    For anyone thinking about buying

For anyone thinking about buying, Cloud Slides are TERRIBLE. I wear a 6.5 in womens, sized up to 7 since sandals can be snug. These gave me blisters on each side of my foot (width) in just a day. I’ve never worn a "wide" shoe. My husband had the same problem. When I contacted the company about returns (their site says 30 day NO HASSLE returns), they told me, "We recommend you keep these pairs and give them to someone to avoid paying for the return." So much for no hassle, right? I guess this is what happens when you order directly from China. Lesson leared. These are going right in the trash.

The shipment took forever. It felt like it came from a slow boat to China.

The shipment took forever. It felt like it came from a slow boat to China. I expected Cloudies, but it turned out they are different brands with similar descriptions. When they finally got here, the size was right, and I followed the hot water advice. They're comfy, and I use them at home. They aid my back pain and recovery from foot surgery. The adjustable strap is good since one foot is wider than the other. I wouldn’t order from this company again since I found similar slides on Amazon that arrived in 2 days. I’d hate to return them to China!

Their return policy is confusing and poor.

Their return policy is confusing and poor. It says 30-day satisfaction guarantee. But later it mentions returns are only for wrong sizes and colors. Their “original” line is really uncomfortable. Only the “orthopedic” ones are decent. When I tried to return, they ignored me.
