I'm not getting paid to say this (trust me, if I had money, I wouldn't be shopping here), but those 1-2 star reviews are looking in the wrong places, like tech. Obviously, it's gonna be knock-off stuff. But the clothing? That's a different story. My girlfriend just snagged some thigh highs for like $2.95. Compare that to $26 on Walmart or Amazon. Poor customer service missing item from parcel contacted customer service to state that I have a missing item asked for replacement or refund to be told I'm sure it was packed but clearly it wasn't otherwise I would of had the item. So now I'm leaving negative review on all platforms and won't be using temu again

They don't refund!!

The most terrible company, in every way. Products of execrable quality, extraordinarily bad shipping, but the worst experience is that of the return. After walking from one side to another to drop off the package (the instructions on the website have nothing to do with reality), you wait a month to receive a refund that was not even issued. I have been to the bank several times so far, only to be told that the ARN code sent by them to verify my transaction is invalid. There is no other solution/proof that the money left them. But the bank claims that no refund request was issued from them... So, keep in mind that you will never receive the money for the products you send as a return, from this terribly bad Chinese company!!!
