Om Creative Design School

The Creative Design School (CDS) is an independent, private online design school founded in the UK in 2006 and later expanded to Italy, serving students worldwide. The institution offers structured diploma and short-course programs in graphic design (Levels 1–3), specialist design (Level 4: advertising, brand/corporate identity, packaging, visual communication), professional/business skills (Level 5), textile design (Levels 1–2), and workshops such as logo design, creative thinking and freelancing. Courses are delivered via an e‑campus with one‑to‑one tutor support, flexible pacing and a focus on practical, portfolio‑ready outcomes taught by industry professionals. Materials describe a student‑centred model that tailors feedback to individual strengths and weaknesses, with intakes available year‑round and typical course durations ranging from about 6–8 weeks for short courses to around 12 months for full diplomas. The school positions itself as a pathway into creative industries for beginners and career‑changers, while also providing upskilling options for employed designers and corporate training for teams.

    Flexible, needs discipline

I felt encouraged by the one-to-one attention and clear assignment briefs. It also became obvious that remote study asks you to manage your own time. The material is practical and the tutor notes are specific, which builds confidence as you go. The online campus is simple to use and I never got lost. If you want a classroom vibe, you might miss peers. If you want focused guidance on your own schedule, it’s a strong fit.
