I've bought a bunch from this company. I've made about 8 orders. Clothes, stuff for the home, underwear, etc. I like the quality, prices are good, delivery with Evri is always on time, and refunds for sizing issues are straightforward. I'm in the U.K.

I decided to try out Temu and ordered three summer dresses, a shirt, and a beach wrap, all for £26 with no shipping cost. Honestly, I didn't have high hopes for the quality or fit, but I was happily surprised. Everything fits great and looks good. I got multiple emails updating me about my order, which was very comforting. Overall, a really good experience with Temu.

The clothes aren't the best quality, but for basic stuff for the kids, it doesn't need to be. They'll get dirty and torn no matter what. I'm happy with Temu

I bought a keyboard from Temu, not thinking much because of the low price. But I was really amazed by this keyboard! As soon as I plugged it in, I noticed how responsive the keys were. Typing is smooth and nice, with each keystroke feeling just right. The keyboard's build feels strong and high quality, much better than I thought. The sound is the best part. The keys make a nice clicking sound that's not too loud but still pleasant. It's great for both work and regular typing. Overall, Temu has really surprised me with this purchase. I couldn't be happier with my new keyboard and really recomend giving Temu a try for your tech needs!

I have been buying from Temu for nearly a year now, mainly getting kitchen and home stuff, plus some tools. I must admit, I've been quite happy with most of the items. There were a few I didn't like, but they were refunded right away. I'm glad that all my orders have been delivered by Evri, who I think is very reliable. When you see something on other major seller sites, it's worth checking Temu too, as I often find the same item for a much lower price.

Absolutely love Temu. Had a problem and it was fixed right away. My order was a few days late, and I got £4. When it still didn't come, Temu reordered it for free. If the first order arrives, I can keep both. Will keep using them. The quality of the clothes is amazing. 100/100 every time.

I've been buying everything from here for a while now, and the shipping is fast. The products are protected in sealed bags. Even Royal Mail helps with delivery. It's definitely not a scam. They give options of sizes and tell you the price. I just bought a full silicone doll, small but in great condition. It was wrapped in bubble wrap, a box, then another bag. The package is very secure so rain doesn't get in. The tracker is great and they give me info on where my item is. I'll always use Temu because I trust them. All electrical things have worked. I review every item I get. The best thing is when they deliver, they take a photo of it if I'm out, so I know the times.

I've been using Temu for a while now

I've been using Temu for a while now and I think this company is amazing. Honestly, I wish UK companies were as good, giving detailed info on items like size and length. Their delivery updates are great; I get informed at every stage. I've only had to request a refund once, and it was my fault for ordering cheap shoes. The quality of their clothes is good; I put a Temu blouse next to a well-known brand's blouse, and my daughters-in-law couldn't tell them apart. I'll keep shopping at Temu, not just for the low prices, but because of their efficiency and free postage (on orders over £20).

$40 minimum checkout is too much! I have items in my cart for about $20 but can't buy them! Other websites only need $15 or $20 to check out.

I always get my stuff in good shape. Delivery time is OK (about a week). Reviews on the app are nice cause I see the product in real life (through picture reviews). Measurements are great too. Some materials tho, are not what they say they are. There's some stuff that makes you sweat and stink more in your armpits :(. Overall tho, great experience using Temu.

Ain't the greatest

Have ordered several items from them and the quality ain't the greatest but neither is the price. Be careful with sizes in clothes but getting a size bigger than you think works. Tools are good for hobbies, maybe not pros. Will buy more. But, there's one big drawback - too many messages and offers that'll drive you nuts, had to block'em.

Посмотрел прайс. Выбрал два товара на сумму 512 грн. Оплатил через карту. Приходит сумма 20,31 долларов, т.е. на 321 грн дороже. Пишу в поддержку, отвечают, что следят за рынком и товары подорожали. Отказался, пообещали, что деньги вернут на карту от 5 дней до месяца. Мошенники!!! Не ведитесь

Terrible, theft, assault, fraud

Several issues with temu. They often send damaged and used items advertised as new. Lie when you have video evidence of your return and refuse to give you a refund. Claim they will cover shipping costs then refuse to pay you back for the packing material they previously stated they would pay for. Send items so damaged that they required stitches from cutting open my hand then blatantly request I piece the item together and return it. I asked for a way to return the item safely regarding me packing, shipping handlers, and for the person who will be opening the return and they said to package as is even if it results in further bodily damages.

I've had my stair lift for 14 years

I've had my stair lift for 14 years. Only broke down once in that time, batteries' problem. I'd recommend Stannah to anyone needing one. Staff are lovely & the engineer Mal was 100% a lovely lad. Clean & tidy. Five stars.

I've bought some great stuff from Temu, looks pricy but cheap. I skip pop up bonuses, not real. Only issue is orders take 8-10 days, from China, so okay. They said deliveries will be faster, not yet. But tracking is detailed.

I gotta say, I've never done as much online shopping as after I downloaded Temu for my phone a few months ago; and a few months and MANY orders later I am still not disappointed. There is so much great stuff to amazing prizes. Everything I've bought has been of pretty good quality considered what I paid.

Not too shabby of a company. Stuff's a tad better than your usual China junk. Prices are okay. The downside is they're sluggish with delivering your stuff and use the crummiest courier-Hermes/Evri. Still waiting for my stuff. Had something from China arrive faster. Delivery is what stops me from giving five stars. If they switched courier and sped up, they'd get five stars.

Yes my name is Donna. I started shopping at Temu I think in October about a couple of things and wow they got good prices so I kept shopping and kept shopping. I was spending four and 500 a month shopping there. I’m buy for children that don’t have much I try to make them smile cute outfit, shoes toy anyway I’ve been having fun doing this and I realized I returned back and I didn’t think I got my money back for it or credit so I went to Support Ask, what they look it up and they tell me I didn’t send the items back that the order came back but the pants weren’t in there but there was extra items in there but they look into it I said OK so I look into it well, I find the order where they refunded the pants for credit I go back to Support and tell them. my apologies here’s the order it was refunded… You know I’m in full-blown investigation they cut me off I can’t shop there anymore. They won’t let me they just keep saying I’m under investigation and won’t tell me why or what’s going on. I’ve never been told I couldn’t spend my money anywhere. I just don’t understand I love shopping at Temu. It is like the best place I’ve ever found to shop. . I want to shop again. Please. Thank u. Donnajoe

The constant barrage of clickbait promises of free items and shipping, coupled with self-proclaimed excellent customer service, is off-putting. My initial order hasn't even arrived. This experience is pushing me to sever ties permanently.

I find Temu quite noteworthy. Recently, I mistakenly ordered an oversized coat, but their return process amazed me. Despite being in the UK, Evri swiftly processed my return, crediting the full amount to my Temu account. The overall product quality is commendable, and the hassle-free return system assures me of future orders. Good job, Temu and Evri!
